Massage can be performed by licensed Massage Therapists licensed by the State Medical Board who go to school specifically for massage/bodywork. They can perform a variety of massage modalities including relaxation & therapeutic & usually do a little of both if needed. Consult your Massage Therapist for advice on Deep Tissue or Neuromuscular if needing a deeper therapeutic focus. For a lighter touch try Chakra Energy Balancing, Reiki or one of our Body treatments.
Estheticians, skin care specialists, licensed by the state board of Cosmetology perform facials, waxing, makeup, lashes, body treatments. They can also perform Chakra Energy Balancing, Reiki or Relaxation massage. They cannot under any circumstances perform deep pressure massage or any type of therapy focused massage. Each gifted technician or therapist brings their own unique techniques to the table based on your needs.
40 min massage is an upper body massage or a few areas of focus & not full body massage.
60 min is ideal for a full body massage or 60 min of focus on a few areas.
90 min is the best option if wanting a full body massage & needing extra time/focus on a few specific areas or just for full body added relaxation.
15 min Stress Relief massage is an option if you can’t get in for a longer service.

Prenatal Massage
Not recommended for high-risk clients under 12 weeks. Doctor’s note required for all high-risk clients. Side lying is offered at both locations. *Legacy Village spa also uses the prego-pillow system, where the stomach cut out enables comfortable face down massage.

Chakra Balancing Massage
Includes deep-tissue back massage, foot& hand reflexology and 20 min of subtle guided energy work to balance the 7 chakras along the spine-crown. Neck, shoulders, face & scalp are massaged. This ritual connects something familiar like massage while introducing the less well-known aspects of energy work. Leaving you feeling balanced in both the body & the mind.
*No deep tissue massage on the back when booked with an esthetician, relaxation only.

Reiki Massage
Energy work is a laying of the hands on the body or lightly raised hands while the client is fully clothed. The whole body can be addressed or just specific areas of concern. It helps to balance stagnant or overactive energy & removes heat which helps the body move towards health. NEW Henna Eyebrow Tint and Shaping
Nayna Patel is now offering Henna Brows. It is a technique to stain hair and skin with a natural plant henna base color to create a better natural shape and fuller looking brows. This service takes about 45 minutes and lasts for about 3 weeks. We have seven different shades to choose from. Also, a patch test is available if our guest feels that their skin is sensitive.
