Full time and a part time Retail Advisor positions are now available!
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. In this role you will provide hair and skin care advise providing excellent service to our guests while achieving established sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven sales achievements with a minimum of one year retail, cosmetic, guest services, or direct sales experience
- Cosmetology or esthetics license is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude - ability to smile and make people smile around you
- Outgoing personality - the ability make small talk and have awareness of people's needs while multi-tasking
- Results oriented
- The position includes one on one consultations which is hands on for demonstrating products.
- Training is provided

Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Cosmetology or Esthiology license beneficial; Aveda graduates preferred.
Experience
- One year face to face, retail or guest service experience in the service industry.
- Cosmetic experience preferred.
- Previous computer experience working with Microsoft office required
- Previous experience working with retail POS computer software preferred
