I am the manager of our front desk operations as well as our customer service staff.
I also train all new incoming customer service coordinators. In training our customer service staff I have the opportunity to not only train on the operations of our business, but also to emphasize the importance of providing excellent customer service to our guests. From our coordinating staff to our wonderful technicians, I believe we set ourselves apart from other businesses in customer satisfaction.
We have the best talent in hair and spa services. I have enjoyed my 12, almost 13 years at Ladies and Gentlemen. I thank Nancy and Ed for giving me the opportunity to be a part of such a great organization. I respect them both for how they run their business and how successful they are. I look forward to many more years to come.
