I love making people's day's better with the healing power of touch!
I consider myself lucky to be among the people that can say they love what they do.
Doing hair is something I have always been passionate about and enjoyed doing.

With 17-year experience in the industry, I have been truly blessed. I have been given opportunities to expand my love of hair to also my love of the spa. It amazes me how generous the L&G family is – always willing to encourage, support, and inspire me to do my best. I am truly grateful and look forward to all the possibilities to come.
The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it is all that matters. -Audrey Hepburn
Being here for 17 years allows me to leave one home to go to another.
Not only has the staff here become like family, but also all of our clients as well. I have always had an interest and passion for working in the beauty industry. Not only is it amazing to watch the growth and constant change of this profession, but it’s even more amazing to be a part of it.
I am a licensed Nail Technician and also the Spa & Nail Manager. I attended Inner State Beauty Institute and graduated from there in 1998. I have been with Ladies and Gentlemen since 2000.
Continuing Education is so important to me because it gives you the ability to continue to grow as a technician and able to give the very best services as possible. I'm truly blessed to have a career doing what I love!
Assistant to President
I have been a Ladies & Gentlemen employee since September 2003. I have the honor of working with all employees at all locations.
When I am not at the salon I spend my time at youth sports with my children and volunteering my time for worthwhile causes. My newest favorite non-profit is End 68 Hours of Hunger for Lake County. The 68 hours stands for the time a child leaves school on Friday until they arrive Monday morning. Many children have little access to food and depend heavily on school breakfasts and lunches. I help deliver food weekly to children in the Mentor area.
In the 13 years I have been a member of this company I have learned the value of community, people and giving back.
Ever since I was little, I've always wanted to become a hairstylist!
In high school, I got the chance to experience what it’s like at a salon when I decided to do my senior project at Ladies and Gentlemen. I fell in love with the atmosphere and the excitement people had about their new hair!
I then decided to attend Brown Aveda Institute and pursue my cosmetology dream, and I was lucky enough for the opportunity to join the L&G team after I graduated. I have been here almost four years, and I still learn something new every time I come to work.
I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me with this amazing company!
"I was introduced to Aveda products over 15 years ago and I have been using and selling them ever since!
It is truly a pleasure working here with such a creative, hard working group of people. I have been coordinating the salon for five years now, and I plan to be here many more!"
Jessica brightens our days, and always goes above and beyond.
We are so happy to have Jessica as part of our family here at Ladies & Gentlemen.

We have a belief at Ladies and Gentlemen that you grow up but never grow old.
Lynda Laws will have been a part of the Ladies and Gentlemen Family for 25 years in June 2017. She has accomplished many goals in those years.
Primarily, Lynda has been an amazing Nail Technician in the salon. She managed the teaching program for nails in our very early days at Brown Institute in 1997, and continued in the school until most recently when she changed her focus back to the salon – much to the delight of her many loyal clients.
Lynda has many technical as well as artistic skills. Her future plans are competitions and always to learn and grow. She is ever ready for a new exciting project, which translates into great looks for you. Lynda is forever young with her youthful energy driving her. We are so proud of her.
I am Drashti. I have been working at Ladies and gentlemen since I was 16.
I got my cosmetology license from Brush Cosmetology School. I am amazingly blessed to be a part of L&G family.
Growing up I have been an artist so I always wanted to choose my career in it and this is the perfect place to show my creativity. My aunt, Nayna Patel who also works at L&G, has always been the biggest inspiration for me in pursuing this career. Also, while I'm able to I am trying to learn more and more.
I love what I do!
Doing hair and making people feel beautiful has been a passion of mine from a very young age.
Whenever my babysitter would come over, it was a must for me to do her hair and makeup! Growing up with that love for beauty made it easy to know which field I would be going into after high school.
I attended the Brown Aveda Institute and was taught by the best of the best! Later I was employed by Ladies & Gentlemen and I have loved every second of it. My co-workers have not only taught me how to be a better stylist, but also a better person.
I'm so fortunate to have worked for this company for a year now! I can't wait for the future of this company and to watch it blossom into something even more beautiful.
I have been with the company for about 5 years now.
I am lucky enough to have had the opportunity to work at the Chicago location for 3 and a half years. I started my career when I was 18 and stayed motivated throughout my move back to Cleveland.
Last year I won hair colorist of the year for the America’s Beauty Show competition, which is one if my biggest accomplishments.
I've learned throughout my career that the most important thing is to stay self-motivated and to always continue your education in this industry that continues to grow.
Ally has been my assistant for the past year. She has changed my LIFE!
For one thing, she has become one of my dearest friends. Her smile is contagious. It's the first thing everyone in the salon is greeted with when they arrive. She helps out when it's not her problem and is pleased to do any task on top of others that she already has on her plate for the day. Not only is she happy and helpful but she also has lovely personality and has been great to work with! My clients have adored their quality time with her. Ally is eager to learn, determined to work, and an amazing stylist! She is an all-together wonderful person. It's obvious, but I just can't say enough.
Ally's hard work as an assistant has paid off and she is now one of our hair stylists and nail technicians available Sunday through Wednesday here at our Legacy Village location.
There is no question that Ally has set the bar high for any new assistant that comes my way.
Thank you so much Ally Zadova! Best of luck and wishes for so much more to come, as life takes its path here at L&G.
"Do things intentionally"
While moving forward in my career at Ladies & Gentlemen I have found that when you give from your heart, whether it’s your time or attention, the feeling it gives you is better than any reward you could receive.
I enjoy all the aspects that come with being a cosmetologist, such as styling, cutting, coloring and makeup. But, most of all, my fulfillment comes from making someone look and feel better than they did before they sat in my chair.
Sara has always been passionate about the beauty industry and it showed in 2005 when she won the Cosmetology scholarship contest to the Brown Aveda Institute.
She graduated in 2006 and began her career at Charles Penzones Grand Salon in Columbus, Ohio. After a few years of traveling she decided to move back to Cleveland and settle down with her daughter.
Sara is now working at our Legacy Village location and we are honored to have her back on the L&G team.
Energy and passion drew me to Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and Spa.
In 1986 I tried Aveda products for the first time. I had no idea that 30 years later this brand would have such a huge impact on my life.
I moved from Michigan to Ohio and became a client at Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and Spa. I was drawn to the energy and passion that the team shared. I became a member of the L&G family in 2000.
Over my 16 years with Ladies & Gentlemen I have had the pleasure of serving as our Aveda Sales Manager & Community Relations Director. The experience has taken me on an amazing journey of meeting many new people, attending community events, arranging volunteer assistance, and coordinating donations. This has allowed me to share in the Aveda belief of inspiring and educating people to integrate wellness and beauty in their lives.
In 2015 I enrolled at the Brown Aveda Institute and graduated with my Managing Nail Technician license. I enjoy helping others relax and feel good about themselves. I am passionate about creating beautiful natural nails and I am lucky to be able to incorporate my favorite Aveda products for a customized experience with each guest.
I look forward to serving my community friends in this new way. I hope that you will consider scheduling some relaxation time with me!
I came back to work at Ladies & Gentlemen Salon because the atmosphere here is like no other place.
The staff is so loving and kind. I've worked here three times over the years and every time I come back they welcome me with smiles. I've made a lot of dear friends that I've laughed and cried with. I've been through a horrible tragedy in my life and L&G collected donations for my family and sent me all of their good energy and prayers. I am forever grateful to Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and all of the wonderful people who work here.
My mom knew I'd be doing hair by the time I was two years old.
I attended the Brown Aveda Institute right out of high school and don't regret my chosen career path one bit.
Although I have only been at Ladies and Gentlemen for one year, I know it is the right place to be. My mom has been getting her hair done here for years, and I can remember always wanting to tag along to the salon with her. The L & G Family has made me feel welcome from day one. I enjoy meeting new clients and look forward to building lasting relationships with all of my guests!
An obsession for hair is what got me into to the industry; passion is what keeps me going.
My passion for hair and education is what has helped me grow as a stylist behind the chair. When I'm not behind the chair customizing hair color for my guests, you can find me on the road traveling and inspiring other Aveda colorists to become the best stylist they can be! Through my training I have learned more than ever imaginable! It's more than just the technical, it's about building real connections and relationships with those around you.
